How do I sign up for Adore Me?
HERE! Registering on Adore Me is FREE, easy and fun. Take the Style Quiz to define your personality and let our stylists take care of you. To see your private showroom, you need to create an account (= enter your email address, create a password, and click "Join for Free!"). Here again, it is FREE!

What is an Adore Me stylist?
AWESOME! Adore Me gathered amazing Stylists who are pure fashion experts in lingerie, trend forecasting and styling many celebrities. They are available for YOU if you need any fashion advice or simply to recommend styles!

Is accessing my showroom FREE?
YES! Accessing your showroom and getting styled by our experts is totally FREE! You only pay when you start purchasing something.

When can I see my personalized collections?
SOON! Your first collection will be ready in 24 hours. After you finish your Style Quiz and discover your style, access to your showroom will be available the following day. Then, you will have one new personalized collection at the beginning of every month. We will notify you as it comes, and should you not like the picks our stylists made for you, you can always request an alternative collection.

Is Shipping FREE?
YES, ALWAYS!! All orders shipped to destinations in the United States (this also includes Hawaii, Alaska and US territories) and Canada are shipped FREE of charge via standard ground delivery, and usually arrive 2–3 business days from the ship date for the US and 5-10 business days from the ship date for the Canada. Currently, we do not ship orders overseas.

How do I Exchange my purchase?
IT IS FREE!!
Exchanges are FREE for all Adore Me purchases. Perfect satisfaction guaranteed! If your order doesn't fit or you are not satisfied with an item, then merely exchange it for another item or size within 30 days of delivery in its new, unused condition. To that end, you will find a pre-made standard ground shipping return label on our website that can be downloaded and printed. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays. For more information, please contact help@adoreme.com.

Can I Return my order?
YES, IT IS EASY!! You can  return your Adore Me purchase without any justification or special notice within 30 days of delivery in its new, unused condition. Orders to addresses within the United States (this also includes Hawaii, Alaska and US territories) will find a pre-made standard ground shipping return label on our website that can be downloaded and printed as needed. A $5.95 restocking fee per purchase will be applied to all orders returned for refunds. This fee is waived on exchanges and items returned for Adore Me credit.

Do I have to buy every month?
NO! You can buy ONLY when you fall in love with a piece in your showroom and need to snag it! After you place your first order with Adore Me, you are considered a member of our lingerie society. The next month, as you receive your monthly showroom, you can choose between purchasing an item or skipping this month and not buy anything.

How do I skip a month?
EASY! Just visit your showroom and click on "skip this month". You can skip as many months as you wish! This is the most flexible form of membership ever! Kindly note that if you don't mention you want to skip, you will be charged a credit of $39.95 on the sixth day of the month, that you can use later on to purchase anything on Adore Me (your credit will expire after 12 months and are cumulative up to 5, after which you aren't charged anymore).

Can I cancel my membership?
EASY & FREE! You may cancel your Adore Me membership at any time without consequence. If you would like to cancel, call Member Services at 1.800.433.2367 Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (EST). There is no cancellation fee.

What payment forms are accepted by Adore Me?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
