Customer Care Representative « Go back to job listings
• Resolve customer issues over email, the telephone, including sale orders, payment issues, billing and order placements.
• Accurately and sufficiently enter order, billing, and customer information.
• Be able to keep up with and update customer information.
• Professionally handle discrepancies with customers regarding issues related to sales, the products, billing, and order placements.
• Promote sales and promotions related to the site by explaining terms thoroughly.
• Respond to customers with different solutions already at hand.
• Use provided training information and tools to quickly resolve customer questions.
• GED or equivalent
• Advanced degrees preferred
• Must have proficient typing skills
• PC knowledge is required
• Must have the ability to work with different range of personalities
• Must have the ability to work with patience and politeness in customer relations
• Must communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to think quickly and rationally when handling difficult situations
• Must have strong organization skills and be able to multi-task
• Must complete applicable training
