Adore Me A-List Members receive free returns.

For non-A-List customers, each returned item is subject to a $5.95 restocking fee in the U.S. and a $10.95 restocking fee in Canada. Any item(s) purchased that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase*, excluding final sale items. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition with the garment tag attached.

1. The 30-day timeframe* starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to return. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons or rewards granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

U.S. Customers: You can check to see if your return has been processed by logging into your account.

Canada Customers: Adore Me does not offer tracking services on labels for exchanges or returns from Canada, and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package.

For orders shipped within the United States, you can now start your return online by choosing the order containing the item(s) you would like to return from Your Orders and click/tap on the Return button. Once you’ve completed the Return process, please allow 7 days for processing and 3–5 business days to receive the refund.

1. Customers can initiate free exchanges on U.S. orders for the same item(s) in a different size. Exchanges on Canada orders are subject to a $10.95 restocking fee.
