Is the VIP membership going away completely?
Yes! We took customer feedback about more flexibility and control seriously, so we are permanently discontinuing the VIP membership on February 28, 2026.
You no longer have to consider auto charges or shopping by a specific date — which means shopping is more fun, enjoyable, and completely on your terms. At the same time, we’re excited to introduce an updated and improved rewards program that offers you more savings and perks than ever before.

Will I still get free shipping?
Free shipping on orders of $35+ will no longer be available as a VIP perk, but keep an eye out for new shipping discounts as part of our updated rewards program that you can join for free.
Will I still get a monthly Showroom?
You will no longer have a monthly “Showroom” that you have to shop or skip by the 6th of the month, but we will still introduce new collections to our website on a seasonal basis for you to shop fresh newness.
Is the Friends to Lovers rewards program changing?

What if I still want a matching panty with my bra?
The matching panty will always be available for you to purchase! The options will be endless. You can choose a matching panty, a completely different panty, multiple panties, or no panty at all. It’s totally up to you now!

What happens to my “6th set free” perk?
If you had a free set on your VIP account as part of the “6th set free” perk, you will be issued a $40 credit that can be redeemed on any purchase on adoreme.com excluding the purchase of e-Gift Cards. The credit will expire 60 days after receipt.
